A Series of Unfortunate Events is a series about Klaus, Violet, and Sunny(A baby) Their parents have died in a fire and Count Olaf is trying to steal the Baudelaire fortune and become rich.  Yet every time Olaf tries to capture them, he fails and they run away, then to be found by Olaf again. that's the entire premise of the story,  There are 13 books in the series and a "biography" by Lemony Snicket, the  fake author of the series, as at the time I don't know the actual name of the author.
